Life is a challenge. From the moment you wake up to the moment you fall asleep at night we are CHALLENGED! Week two and going strong. This week down 2 pounds. I deserve every bit of those 2 nasty pounds. I worked until I almost vomited at least 6 times. Yep, vomit! I ate my healthy meals and was challenged when dessert time came around. I am proud of my progress. Slowly and surely. Goal for this next week is to drink lots of water, stay away from sugar, and exercise until I almost vomit again. Sounds like a friggin blast huh? Well, thanks to my trainer
