Day 3

Wow, worked today and was around FOOD ALL day long.  It is so hard when others are always shoving bad food at you, but I made it through.
BREAKFAST:
banana
3 egg beaters with sausage
SNACK:
grapes

strawberries
LUNCH:
Salad

SNACK:
Protein shake
DINNER:
Healthy Noodles with asparagus and red peppers
Italian bread - I HAD A LITTLE TOO MUCH BREAD Oh how I LOVE bread
TOTAL CALORIES CONSUMED  1531


Need to lift weights, but man am I tired.  I think I will go lift weights!  Crap, just do it.
