So I weighed in today KNOWING that I would have dropped at least a pound from the last weigh in. Well, come to find out that I am exactly the same! What the ?&#*(@? I have been exercising 1-2 hours a day and eating really good. This is why I usually give up and head to the kitchen for something sweet. The new me isn't going to do that. I ate my healthy breakfast and I am focused on what I did right. I know the weight will come off as long as I stick to the plan. So today . . . I am sticking to the plan. I do feel like I am retaining a lot of water. I think I will weigh in again in a couple of days.
BREAKFAST:
3 egg whites
1 whole wheat low cal bread
1 tsp margarine
grapes
SNACK:
MAYBE THE CARMEL CORN???????!!!!!!!! Let's do WW together - come to Rex. once a week and let's do it - TUESDAY - maybe when school is out we can switch the boys to Tues for guitar?????!!!!

ReplyDeleteI found your blog... I looked it over... you are doing a wonderful job at keeping a journal of your eating, working-out and honest thoughts...And losing weight! This helps keep you accountable. But I feel your frustration. And I'm here to help.
Hcg isn't the "easy" way out... With this protocol you will work even harder at your food choices and calories per day. With Hcg you can't go to spinning class for an hour (Maybe a half hour since you do that on a regular basis) you can't lift weights while on the diet. But you also aren't "Starving". The Hcg acts like a appetite suppressor if you are on the right dose. On Hcg you eat only "clean food" and as organic as possible. I do exercise, I do T-Tapp which is a great accompaniment to the Hcg Protocol. It helps clear the lymphatic system and helps your body use glucose more efficiently, helps with blood pressure and will start toning your muscles in two weeks! I know I sound like a commercial, I am on no way affiliated with Hcg or t-Tapp. I just found something that finally works if you put in the effort and the great thing is you SEE results! That little bike at the bottom of your blog on your tracker will start spinnin! I am making the effort to post this comment because I really feel you will benefit from this natural weight loss Protocol (that has been around for 40 years and in Europe they use it all the time) and the T-Tapp work out. Try the 21 day day round of Hcg... what have you got to lose? (but fat?)
