Weighed in this morning. Lost 2.5 pounds! YEAH. I ran into a few people downtown today who have been on the HCG liquid diet. Man, it is SO tempting to do that because you see such drastic results SO fast. SO tempting, but that is the easy way out. STICK TO THE PLAN HEATHER!
BREAKFAST:
Wheat pancake
1/4 c frozen berries
3 egg whites
SNACK:
Banana protein shake
2 tootsie rolls
LUNCH:
corn tortilla
4 oz tilapia
salsa
SNACK:
1/2 c cottage cheese
grapes
slivered almonds
So it is the day 4 and I feel that I have already failed. I snacked so much after 3:00pm that I don't even know how to track it all. NO DINNER FOR ME. Why is it so hard? Why?
