AM EXERCISE: Spinning 1 hour
BREAKFAST:
3 egg whites
1 whole wheat pancake
1/4 c frozen mixed fruit YUM

LUNCH:
I went out to eat with my hubby on my way home from the grocery store. We stopped in at a fast food place and Brian ordered grease with a side of grease. Cooper ordered grease a side of more grease. I ordered salad with dressing on the side. Brian is now home laying in bed with a gut ache from all the grease. I however feel absolutely amazing. I did splurge on 3 fries from Coopers plate. Proud of myself!
SNACK:
Cottage Cheese
Grapes
Almonds

So far, so good! I think the secret is to do it perfectly for 12 weeks and then you've established a HABIT. I think that's why Kristi Approved has you start with the 12 weeks, in fact I think I heard her say that!!!!! AND (here's my thought) I have to start viewing SUGAR/CANDY as an enemy (like smoking and drinking - I have no problem with that) and not a comfort food. I watch Whit eat and she eats FOOD - very seldom junk! It's a mind-switch that has to be done.
