TODAY IS THE DAY

Alright, no more excuses!  Today is start day.  Here's what's up.
Current weight - 175
Goal weight -     135
Time frame -  6 months - October 6, 2010
Amount to lose - 40 pounds

I will lose the weight by
  • Eating healthy, clean meals everyday. 
  • Cardio 3-4 days per week.
  • Weights 3 days per week. 
  • Water, water, and more water.
It will definitely NOT be easy, but will be totally worth it.  The change is going to have to take place from the inside out.  Starting with self-image.  I don't know that my self-esteem is bad, but it must be if I can't control what goes into my mouth. 


It is amazing to me how each year the weight just packs on. Why?  
I want to feel amazing and look amazing. 


UPDATE: Crap, it's 3:00 pm and I am having a super snack attack.  I have been eating every 3 hours as to keep my metabolism burning.  The treats are calling my name.  I will go load up on water and get my buns out of the kitchen so I don't eat for fun.  Day is looking good so far.

Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched - Cooked With Water, Without Salt 
Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat - With Added Vitamin
Egg, White - Raw, Fresh
100% Whey Protein Powder - Fundation Fuels
Bananas
Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched - Cooked With Water,
Chicken, Breast, Meat Only - Cooked, Roasted
Mission Foods, Mission Flour Tortillas, Soft Taco, 8 Inch
Bread, French Or Vienna - (Includes Sourdough)
Pork, Fresh, Loin, Tenderloin - Separable Lean Only, Cooked, Roasted
Pasta Penne Rigate
Total Calories Consumed 1,239
EXERCISE:  Spinning 50 min.

  1. I've been thinking about doing the same thing! Every person I met that has been successful in loosing a lot of weight, started a blog and tracked their progress for a year!!! I think I'll join you. I think that would be fun - I know at times will be tedious BUT I think it would a person "on track". I'll send you a few links so you can look at some of these other blogs going now. One girl just finished dieting a year and met her goal - so cool. You'd enjoy it - it really gives her ups and downs of EVERY-DANG-DAY!!!!! Are you doing Kristi approved?
