- Eating healthy, clean meals everyday.
- Cardio 3-4 days per week.
- Weights 3 days per week.
- Water, water, and more water.
It is amazing to me how each year the weight just packs on. Why?
I want to feel amazing and look amazing.
UPDATE: Crap, it's 3:00 pm and I am having a super snack attack. I have been eating every 3 hours as to keep my metabolism burning. The treats are calling my name. I will go load up on water and get my buns out of the kitchen so I don't eat for fun. Day is looking good so far.

I've been thinking about doing the same thing! Every person I met that has been successful in loosing a lot of weight, started a blog and tracked their progress for a year!!! I think I'll join you. I think that would be fun - I know at times will be tedious BUT I think it would a person "on track". I'll send you a few links so you can look at some of these other blogs going now.
